JC Lee, daughter of Marvel Comics co-creator and creative director Stan Lee, is putting her longtime Los Angeles home on the market.
Stan and his wife Joan Lee — who died in 2018 and 2017, respectively, both aged 95 — bought the 5,200-plus-square-foot complex for JC.
The three-bedroom, seven-bathroom property was the last property Stan ever bought, The Post was told.
Located above the Sunset Strip, within the sought-after Bird Streets neighborhood of the Hollywood Hills, the home will go on the market Monday with an asking price of $8.8 million.
“My dad and I loved this house at first sight,” JC told The Post in a statement about the mansion, which her late father bought for $4.4 million in 2014. “There were so many possibilities, we couldn’t wait let’s get started. This house is made for parties and entertaining with a sound system that extends to the showers, and a booth designed to keep food hot for outdoor events.”
The bungalow is modern but boasts an old-school charm. The tiered main entrance is defined by lush landscaping, low white barriers and a white facade accented with black columns and crown moldings.
Immediately inside the residence, which sits on half an acre of land, is a foyer that flows into a den equipped with a built-in bar and fireplace.
There is also a formal living room, a generous dining room, a kitchen with a large center island, two guest rooms, an office and a home theater with a bathroom, red carpets and lots of plush seating.
The master suite has two large closets, a fireplace, a private sauna and two separate bathrooms.
On the grounds, behind tall hedges, there is a pool, spa, cabanas and a paved upper deck, ideal for hosting large gatherings.
The property is listed by Naomi Selick of Douglas Elliman.
